This position will oversee the Self-Pay Business Office (SBO) unit which comprises the Customer Service Unit, Self-Pay Collection Unit, and the Financial Assistance program as well as oversight of a team of analysts that support International and Concierge Self-Pay follow-up and Reporting for Internal Customers. The objective of this position is to research, develop and implement operational and technological optimization efforts within the self-pay business office that will enhance the patient experience and optimize organizational collections. Monitors patient financial services effectiveness and recommends revenue cycle workflows, procedures, and technology improvements.
