Position Description: Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Operations, serve as the Business Office Assistant for UCLA Lab School, an innovative school for children ages 4-12 and a laboratory for teachers and researchers in the School of Education & Information Studies (SE&IS) at UCLA. Major responsibilities include assisting the two financial analysts in the business office with reconciling ledgers, initiating payroll transactions, processing invoices, reimbursements, purchase orders, and travel accounting transactions using BruinBuy, UCPath, and UCLA Concur travel and entertainment system.
