This position provides high level project management for the senior leadership at Boston University Questrom School of Business and is a pivotal role that bridges strategic vision with operational excellence. Serving under the Associate Dean of Strategic Initiatives, the Project Manager is entrusted with translating complex initiatives into actionable plans, driving the school's mission forward, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Contact and impact of work includes key constituents both internal and external to the School and work often includes highly confidential information. The Project Manager is expected to inspire, guide, and mentor their teams. By fostering a nurturing and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration, and recognizing diverse perspectives, the Project Manager ensures that team members feel valued, supported, and primed for success. This dynamic role demands a balance of creativity and discipline, leadership and collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to the excellence and innovation that defines the Questrom School of Business.
Required Skills

BA/BA required. Masters preferred.
Certification or previous coursework in project management preferred.
5-8 yrs of relevant experience.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with proven record of accomplishment in bringing complex projects to successful completion on time and on budget.
Demonstrated change agent, self-starter and team player.
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications.
