Primary Responsibility Manages the Institution's e-commerce system including creating online stores, setting up users or store owners in the system and providing assistance with any point-of-sale locations. Ensure appropriate general ledger accounting codes are attached to each store and appropriate posting of e-commerce system balances to the general ledger. Complete daily cash reconciliations to daily transaction registers. Complete monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts related to e-commerce and communicate variances to responsible parties for correction.
