This position will work as a member of the Lied Center Business Office and will handle and coordinate daily administrative tasks. Duties include coordinating Lied Center job postings and searches, assisting the Business & Finance Business Center with new employee paperwork, and providing administrative support with cash deposits, training logs, and staff listings. The position will also oversee the administration of the Lied Center's artist offers and contracts.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Qualifications: Applicants should have High school diploma or equivalent experience and two years of customer service experience. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. The ability to work well with a variety of individuals and personalities in time-sensitive situations is essential.
Skills: Applicants should be highly organized, proactive problem-solvers, friendly, and helpful, with excellent time-management skills. The ability to communicate confidently and clearly, along with strong written communication skills, is required. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous proofreading, cash handling, and/or office experience is preferred.
