Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager, scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026. This is a year-round administrator role operating on a 239-day school work calendar and includes applicable administrator-level benefits.
The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the Human Resources department in the implementation of HR processes while coordinating staffing and recruitment efforts across various roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles, policies, and relevant legal requirements.
Applicants should hold the following education/experience qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an education setting preferred.
Experience managing HRIS systems, preferably in a K-12 school district or educational setting.
Preferred qualifications include pHCLE, eHCLE, or SHRM certification, demonstrating HR expertise and commitment to excellence, or the ability to complete the pHCLE certification within one year.
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws as they relate to education and public sector employment.
